Here, you’ll find modern comforts such as showers, toilets, barbecue areas, and our cozy restaurant/café where we serve local delicacies, fresh baked goods, and beverages. We always strive to make your visit memorable and to create a pleasant environment for both new and returning guests.
Terms and Conditions
To ensure a smooth experience for all guests, we have compiled our terms and regulations, which apply before, during, and after your stay.
Booking and Payment
Booking confirmation will be sent via SMS or WhatsApp and must be checked carefully by the guest. Notify us of any errors no later than 48 hours before arrival.

Important: Black water dumping is prohibited. Violations incur a fine of 5,000 SEK.
Rules and Regulations
For the comfort and safety of all guests, the following rules apply:
Motorhome sites and size:
Standard sites measure 8x7 meters. Only one vehicle (motorhome, car with rooftop tent, or campervan) per site is allowed. Longer vehicles can be accommodated at sites #1-4 and #19-26.
Minimum distance between vehicles: 4 meters for fire safety.
Pets:
Pets are welcome on the site and in the restaurant but must be kept on a leash and under supervision. Please respect other guests, livestock, and wildlife near the site.
Barbecuing and open fires:
Only allowed in designated areas and under supervision. Disposable barbecues are not permitted.
Quiet hours and events:
Quiet hours are between 11:00 PM and 9:00 AM. Guests are expected to respect others and keep noise levels low during this time.
Exceptions: Quiet hours may be adjusted during events or private bookings at the restaurant. Guests will be informed in advance. We strive to minimize disturbances while ensuring a pleasant experience for all.
Responsibility for visitors:
Guests are responsible for ensuring that their visitors comply with the site’s rules and maintain a tidy and respectful presence.
Parking:
Additional vehicles should be parked north of the restaurant. Guests with mobility issues have priority access to nearby parking spaces.
Electricity:
Only approved cables may be used. Motorhome sites have varying distances from power outlets. Electric and hybrid vehicles may only be charged at designated spots.
Cleanliness:
Guests are responsible for leaving toilets, showers, and barbecue areas in the same or better condition as they found them.
Waste management:
We appreciate everyone’s cooperation in sorting waste. Follow instructions at the waste station.

Liability and Safety
Force Majeure
In the event of natural disasters, war, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances that prevent us from providing services, paid fees will be refunded except for already utilized services.

At The View Sweden, we value your privacy and process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Information such as your name, phone number, and vehicle registration is collected to manage your booking, payment, and stay.
Your data is used solely for these purposes and is not shared with third parties unless required by law. Data is retained as long as necessary for the purposes stated or as required by law.
