À la carte is not served at the same time as the buffet, as all kitchen space is used for buffet prep and maintenance.

The à la carte menu starts ONE HOUR AFTER the buffet ends to allow time for cleaning and kitchen reset.

Buffets are served as long as the protein lasts!!

If we have larger pre-booked groups (15+ people) or if the dining hall is reserved, we are happy to plan special buffets in the evenings and on weekends to reduce wait times and assist our staff.

Walk-in visits are always welcome – food orders are taken and served in the order they are received.

If you arrive at a time when many guests have arrived simultaneously or if you are part of a larger group, please expect that hot food will be served in batches and may take longer, as the fryer can handle only 4-5 portions at a time.
